International Exploration of Leadership and Climate Change
LEAD Indonesia hosted the 2007 LEAD International Session on "Leadership and Climate Change" ahead of the Bali Climate Change Conference of Parties. Speakers including Emil Salim, Chair of the Indonesia delegation to CoP13, and Daniel Murdiyarso, Senior Scientist with CIFOR addressed 150 global leaders drawn from across the LEAD network.

Corporate high fliers meet sustainability challenges in Brazil
In September 2007, LEAD Brazil and LEAD International delivered a challenging and innovative leadership development programme designed to develop an understanding of sustainability in future leaders of the banking world. Six teams of carefully selected high fliers met with LEAD Fellows in Brazil and were challenged to develop financial solutions tailored to responsible business.

LEAD Europe opens applications for 2008 programme in Leadership and Sustainable Development
After a highly successful programme in 2007, LEAD Europe has opened applications for their 2008 programme and invites individuals with a keen interest in sustainability issues, and a desire to develop their leadership potential to check out the information on next years’ event.
In 2007, LEAD Europe saw a dynamic group of new Fellows join the network having completed the "Leadership for Sustainable Development" Fellows Training Programme. Participants representing nine nationalities and disciplines ranging from environmental management to investment banking, intergovernmental policy to grassroots capacity building, bring new skills, expertise and connections to the already diverse LEAD network of sustainability professionals.
